I have used DnaSP 5.0 software. In the present I download but cannot install the program. Windows 10 says it is not the correct format package. How to deal with problem?

The installation package of DnaSP uses Windows installer and it uses the MSI file format. To install it, you will need the Windows Installer package that is available for downloading from the link posted below. After you install it (it's already installed on your system by default) or install an update, double click the DnaSP file and continue with the instructions.
